Contacted via phone(the online inquiry did not get back to me) and a mechanic got back to me and scheduled a morning appointment for the next day. Will (mechanic) arrived early and within an hour had my repair completed and explained it to me along with other issues I might expect on my aging vehicle going forward which was very helpful to know. The price was fair and I am relieved. Happy to know that this service exists and highly recommend trying them.

We’ve used this mobile mechanic service multiple times for our business vehicles. Fred has been outstanding every single time. He’s knowledgeable, honest, dependable, and always takes the time to explain what’s going on and answer any questions we have. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust, and Fred has consistently earned that trust with his professionalism and quality work. The convenience of having a skilled mechanic come to you is a huge bonus, but it’s his reliability and genuine willingness to help that really sets him apart. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fred to anyone looking for an excellent mobile mechanic. Thank you for always taking such great care of us!

I had a fantastic experience working with Fred for a pre-purchase inspection. Even though he had to travel about two hours out of his way to get to the dealership, he still made the effort to thoroughly inspect the vehicle for me. He followed up after the test drive and again after completing the mechanical inspection, which I really appreciated. He was extremely honest throughout the entire process and took the time to answer every question I had, even after sending over the report. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and grounded his perspective was. He helped me understand the condition of a Northeast vehicle compared to what I’m used to seeing on West Coast cars, which gave me a much clearer picture of what I was actually looking at. Overall, great communication, great insight, and very trustworthy throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you want someone who will go the extra mile and give you a real, honest assessment.

I recently faced an issue with the gear in my Toyota Sienna minivan and decided to reach out to MoKanex, as they came highly recommended based on online reviews. I had the pleasure of working with Will and Fred, who came in to check on the problem. They identified the issue as being with the busskit and proceeded to replace it for me. While I am satisfied with their technical expertise and the fact that my minivan is now running smoothly, I did find the service to be a bit on the expensive side. I ended up spending over $400 on labor alone and diagnostic fee, in addition to the cost of the busskit, which was around $45. I wanted to share this feedback with you so that you are aware of my experience. Will and Fred are undoubtedly skilled technicians, but the overall cost for the service was higher than I had anticipated.
